A group of sixth-, seventh-, and eighth-semester journalism students from Rana University took part in an engaging educational field visit to Tolo News Television as part of their academic and practical training programs. During the visit, the students explored key areas of the network, including production and broadcasting units, program recording studios, and control rooms. They gained first-hand insight into the fast-paced world of journalism by observing how reporters, presenters, and media technicians work together to deliver news to the public. The visit was organized in line with the Faculty of Journalism’s mission at Rana University to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Through such hands-on experiences, the faculty aims to expose students to the real dynamics of the media industry and equip them with the skills and confidence needed for a successful professional future.
